Built with a mission to provide the utmost rest and relaxation, your every need is accommodated by a staff of butlers trained by the British Butlers Institute.
The Towers at Pacifica: Your Butler
From the moment you enter the resort gates, your VIP check-in is seamlessly managed and you are escorted to your home away from home. In fact, prior to arrival, your butler will reach out to learn about preferences you have for the type of pillows, beverages, foods (allergies, snacks), and activities he can assist you with. He will handle any dinner reservations, golf tee times or special occasion celebrations you would like arranged. When you need him, he is just a text or call away.
One of the many benefits of being a guest of the Towers is the Whale Watching VIP Lounge. Located closest to the beach, you will have the advantage of pure comfort while watching the waves rolling onto the sand. Here you can enjoy meals or snacks along with top shelf cocktails while unwinding on the sundeck.

Culinary Adventures at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica
When Chef Aldo tells you that his goal is to exceed his guests’ expectations, he is not kidding. With multiple dining venues on the property, the opportunity to taste the best of the Baja Peninsula and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica’s culinary team is the mission you want to be on.
With the attention to detail that makes this resort so special, it is no surprise that the food service is outstanding. Beginning with fresh out of the water seafood, produce grown in organic gardens on the property and the creativity coming from Chef Aldo’s kitchen, every dish is flavorful and picturesque.
Restaurant options range from sophisticated at The Peninsula with gourmet dishes that represent Baja cuisine to Siempre with its Mediterranean and Mexican flair to Quivira Steakhouse on the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course to sushi dishes from Pescados to name a few.
Ceviche
Innovation is beyond the recipe but in the experience. Dining doesn’t always mean sitting at a table with a white cloth on it. It could mean your breakfast is happening on the beach after learning how to fish at the “Hook and Cook”. Different than most resorts where your prized fish is brought indoors to be prepared. Here, it is grilled right on the beach along with the rest of your meal.
Mixology
Master Sommelier, Antonio Palacios, leads classes focused on wine and tequila tastings for guests interested in learning about the history of these Mexican beverages.

Or a final celebratory dinner on the beach with the most memorable fire pit ever, all made out of sand! The main courses are prepared on the grills along with a full buffet of dishes, wines and spirits presented in the most festive style.
